With over 150 (and growing) recorded classes and workshops to choose from plus live virtual classes, I offer a spectrum of modalities designed to enhance your physical strength, mental peace, and spiritual connection.
My classes are designed to be accessible and safely translatable through your screen with focus on breath work, structural alignment, and a loving connection with your body.

Choose from the following classes:

A fluid presentation of the foundational postures with modifications and intensification offered so you set the intensity. It’s always good to have a set of yoga blocks handy.

A combination of 15 minutes of light movement and 15 minutes of meditation. Meant to be simple so you can do your favorites from memory. The purpose is to help you establish a self-guided morning routine.

A combination of movement taken from physical therapy, strength training, myofascial release, and several schools of yoga to improve mobility. Strength + Flexibility = Mobility. You’ll want a set of yoga blocks and a yoga strap handy for these classes.

As a form of martial art, this ancient practice is made up of actual strikes, deflections, and kicks but at a slow, breath-based pace. The tai chi forms I offer are from my martial arts system, The Lightning Fire Mountain System of Tibetan Kung Fu.

A perfect way to release physical, mental, and emotional tension caused by physical exertion, stagnation and/or excess stress. You’ll want a set of yoga blocks, a yoga strap, and two blankets handy.
